Lisa Goldmann has been with Globe Midwest since 2001. Lisa started working in the front office (part-time) as well as in the sales department. Lisa has been with the contents department for over 16 years, and she currently holds the position of Sr. Contents Support Specialist. Lisa’s extensive art experience is the foundation for her proficiency in preparing concise claims and reconstructing inventories when a physical inventory is not possible. Lisa developed her strong customer service background having worked for an automotive dealership and a brokerage firm prior to joining Globe.
Lisa performs physical inventories, researches replacement costs and specializes in locating unique objects. Her duties also include comparisons with insurance company pricing, and replacement cost claims.
Lisa is certified as a Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician and Water Damage Restoration Technician through IICRC. She primarily works with high-end homeowner claims and provides outstanding customer service for GMAI’s clientele. Lisa is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art.
