With a strong track record of aligning people, processes, and technology, Clint has consistently driven innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth in complex, highly regulated environments.

At Globe Midwest, Clint leads with a focus on operational excellence and client service. He is passionate about building agile, empathetic teams that deliver measurable results and adapt effectively to evolving business needs.

Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Purdue University Global and is pursuing an MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Expert (IASSC), and Change Practitioner (Prosci).
