Samantha Beard has over 20 years of experience in the property insurance and disaster restoration industry. Samantha began her career as a Senior Claims Adjuster, spending over a decade evaluating property damage claims, conducting site investigations, and negotiating settlements before transitioning into restoration operations management.

Samantha spent eight years as Contents Division Manager at SunGlo Disaster Restoration in Novi, MI before bringing that expertise to Globe Midwest, where she currently serves in the same role. Her background in insurance claims gives her a distinct advantage in the contents field, bringing a thorough understanding of policy coverage, replacement cost documentation, and insurer expectations to every project she manages. She is known for building motivated teams and providing exceptional service to clients navigating some of the most difficult situations of their lives.

Samantha is certified through IICRC in Mold Remediation, Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup, Water Damage Restoration, and Smoke and Odor Removal.
