Unfortunately, we had water damage in both our finished basement and the main part of our house. And I realized very quickly when dealing with our homeowners insurance that I didn’t have the knowledge or time or expertise to really handle this on my own.
So, I hired you guys to help my wife and I and our family deal with all of the damage and making sure that the insurance company was going to fulfill their obligation to us.
I think you need to do your research. I, too, initially didn’t hire. Initially didn’t think we needed it, but I quickly realized that I’m not in the insurance business. I don’t know insurance law and insurance contracts.
You guys at Globe do. Jason does. It makes sense to have any expert in your corner. So, you know, I think you need to do the research you need to at least interview because again, you want someone like Globe and Jason in your corner to help you with your claim.

Our adjuster Jason Martell was constantly in contact with us. He was in contact with my insurance company and that took all of that me not having to make those calls, me not having to spend that time, which was great.
And then the settlement-wise we were very satisfied it was great. Where he worked with the insurance company and got a fair settlement. I couldn’t have been more happy, my family and I are very very happy.
