Regional Vice-President of Globe Midwest Adjusters International, Leonard Cradit, recently instructed at the Commercial Alliance of Realtors West Michigan (CARWM) 2023 Traditional Commercial Continuing Education event held on October 18, 2023, at Bridgewater Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

During his instruction on "Safety for Commercial Real Estate Practitioners", Leonard shared essential knowledge, strategies, and valuable insights into identifying and mitigating potential safety risks associated with commercial real estate transactions and property management.

The comprehensive continuing education program covered a range of topics, including workplace safety, legal updates, and ethical considerations pertinent to the commercial real estate industry. Attendees received six hours of continuing education credit as recognition of their participation in this event.
