Government & Non-Profits Insurance Claims
A disaster unexpectedly damages or destroys the property or infrastructure of your community, non-profit, or government organization. It’s enough of a responsibility to focus on everyone’s safety, controlling the damage as much as possible, and maintaining operations. Do you also have the time and knowledge to properly handle your insurance company and get what you are owed from your policy? They will naturally limit their financial exposure to your claim, which will include sending their own team to assess the damage and determine what to pay you. Who then can you trust to protect your interests?
Our professional public adjusters are there to lift that burden from beginning to end in your insurance claim process. We have expertly managed claims for every type of disaster at the regional, state, and national levels. Our unique ability is to mobilize a top team of professionals who have the unmatched experience and comprehensive understanding of the laws, regulations, and policies involving disaster recovery. This enables us to consistently coordinate and obtain the maximum reimbursement for our clients, so that they may recover.
We have more senior-level and certified public adjusting professionals than any other organization. With over forty offices across the U.S. and in Canada, our network gives us the unmatched experience and resources to mobilize a top team of the right professionals to successfully manage and negotiate your claim for any type of disaster, and for the maximum amount.

Months after the storm passed, the County was still faced with tremendous burdens related to the insurance coverage issues and FEMA and MEMA eligibility issues. Jackson County hired Adjusters International to provide professional services for disaster assistance, remediation, restoration and recovery efforts....Their expertise with governmental regulations, the complex FEMA process and insurance adjustments resulted in our successful claim for over $2 million in additional FEMA Public Assistance funding specifically; in our successful negotiations with our insurance carrier; and in numerous other increases in the values FEMA and MEMA initially designated for County projects. Jackson County will always be mindful of the help we received from Adjusters International when we needed it most.Alan K. SudduthCounty Administrator - Board of Supervisors, Jackson County, Mississippi
We had initially thought we would be able to assess the damage and work with FEMA and our insurance carrier's adjusters by ourselves. It quickly became evident that we were going to need help. We realized we did not have the personnel, time or expertise it was going to take to deal with complex governmental regulations and equally complex insurance and adjusting issues, especially when it was taking all the resources we had just to get essential county services up and running again. ...AI really came to the rescue. You delivered what you promised, and that counts for everything down here in South East Texas.Cary Erickson, SPHRDirector of Human Resources and Risk Management - Jefferson County, Texas

Super Typhoon Paka, as the storm came to be called, was a 12-hour session of destruction for the island of Guam. Stirring up winds in excess of 200 miles per hour, the tropical cyclone tossed buildings, planes and ships across the island like discarded toys. Among these was the headquarters of Continental Micronesia, a subsidiary of Continental Airlines. The main offices, the marketing buildings and the planes were damaged by the powerful typhoon.
