Learn about the basic knowledge and skills needed to assist individuals and small business in filing property insurance claims.

This program will provide attorneys wishing to offer pro bono and/or legal assistance to victims of natural disasters the basics of preparing and presenting a property insurance claim.

Our experts will provide:

  • An overview of property insurance
  • How to document and submit a property insurance claim
  • How to deal with disputes and other issues through methods of dispute provided for in the client’s insurance policy”[1]
