CEO, Ethan A. Gross, JD will be teaching a web-based Continuing Education course entitled, “Guiding your Client through the Property Insurance Claim Process” for the American Bar Association (ABA) on July 14, 2020 at 1pm EDT. The cost is $199 for non-members and free for members.

“Over the last several years, our country has witnessed the mass devastation that natural catastrophes can cause and its effects on homeowners, commercial property as well as business owners. Learn about the basic knowledge and skills needed to assist individuals and small business in filing property insurance claims.

This program will provide attorneys wishing to offer pro bono and/or legal assistance to victims of natural disasters the basics of preparing and presenting a property insurance claim.

Our experts will provide:

  • An overview of property insurance
  • How to document and submit a property insurance claim
  • How to deal with disputes and other issues through methods of dispute provided for in the client’s insurance policy”[1]
