Globe Midwest Adjusters International recently participated in the State Bar of Michigan’s Annual Insurance & Indemnity Law Section Program on October 17th hosted by the State Bar of Michigan.

The mission of the Insurance & Indemnity Law Section is to provide a forum for an exchange of information, views and expertise from all perspectives on both insurance coverage issues and indemnity issues, as well as to provide information and assistance to other people/organizations on matters relating to insurance and indemnity.

Among the featured speakers was Ethan A. Gross JD, CEO of Globe Midwest Adjusters International and William E. Butler, President of Butler Adjusting. Ethan spoke on properly preparing, presenting, & handling homeowners & commercial property insurance claims prior to litigation. He shared insights into the duties, obligations, & best practices that are extremely valuable for an insured to utilize during the insurance claims process.
