Globe Midwest Adjusters International recently participated in the Walk to Cure Arthritis hosted by The Arthritis Foundation, which took place on Sunday, May 19, at Jimmy John’s Field in Utica, MI. Globe Midwest joined more than 700 walkers to raise funds for research, resources, and ultimately a cure for arthritis. The walk raised over $80,0000!

More than 2.3 million people in Michigan alone suffer from arthritis, and more than 10,000 of them are children. The money raised will fund educational programs, advocacy initiatives, summer camps for kids with arthritis, and more.

Globe Midwest’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, Stuart Dorf and Director of Sales, Chana Lazewnik represented the firm at the event.

“We were proud to represent Globe Midwest locally in supporting this important, national event to bring awareness and much-needed funding to arthritis research,” remarked Dorf.

With offices in Southfield and Grand Rapids, Michigan, as well as Chicago, Illinois, Globe Midwest is experienced with all types of natural disasters that strike the Midwest, the companies that insure here, and how local claims are handled.
